Abstract
Kangqiao Cluster Area of Shanghai Integrated Circuit Design Industry is facing the agglomeration and reconstruction of innovative industries. Creative city concept is the key factor in this park planning. In cater to the demand of creative people，the plan aims to build a livable environment and create economic opportunities by creating a community of workshops and laboratories, a cultural and Expo area, customized living service facilities and living space. At the same time, for strengthening the accessibility and connectivity of the region, various transportation modes is created; for creating a characteristic slow traffic mode to connect important functional nodes of the park, the air corridor network of bicycles is developed; to enhance the landscape environment, the street view, industrial scene, regional characteristic scene and landmark are completely reconstructed. The composite river system is build for reshaping the ecological landscape system and enriching the value of the river and city. For creating a mixed, inclusive and open shared public space and stimulating innovation vitality, the innovative development corridor, vigorous cultural Lane, diversified Innovation workshop, mobile creative boxlike space and other characteristic spaces are constructed.
