Abstract
The paper attempts to explore the issues of the utilization of urban underground space in China from the perspective of resilience. City can be regarded as comprehensive and changeable resilient system, The shortage of land resources is the core problem restricting the balance of the city ’s resilient system currently, The utilization of underground space a most effective way to solve the problems. Based on this, this paper points out the problems in the development of underground space in China from the perspective of resilience, and puts forward the resilient strategy ,which can promote more scientific and efficient utilization of underground space ,and at the same time the sustainable development of the city. First, describing the characteristics of resilience and the relationship between the urban underground space and resilience Second, summarizing the current status of the underground space development in China, and pointing out the problems from the perspective of resilience: lack of adaptive planning and design, insufficient development scale redundancy, single function, insufficient spatial connectivity, lack of dynamic management and control measures Third, putting forward the strategy of underground space based on resilience, including: increasing the redundancy of development scale, focusing on multi-functionality, improving spatial connectivity, and formulating a dynamic management and control framework
