Abstract
In recent years, the innovative economy has become an important engine of global economic growth, and high-tech enterprises have become a new driving force for innovative development in many countries and regions. With the rapid development and widespread application of information technology, the output value of the software industry has grown rapidly and it has become an important force supporting the development of more and more industries. Many developed countries and regions have regarded the software industry as an important industrial sector. China's software industry output value jumped from 56 billion in 2000 to 6.3 trillion in 2018, with an average annual growth of 30%. Some scholars have found that there are differences in the carrier space of software enterprises. Among them, software parks are important carriers for the growth and agglomeration of software companies, and various regions are also promoting the construction of software parks. This article selects Shanghai Pudong Software Park as a case. As a very mature software park, the development and construction of Pudong Software Park is not only closely related to the external economic environment and urban built environment, but also to the changes in self-development priorities. The park focused on the construction of space carriers in the early stage and the improvement of public supporting facilities in the middle stage. In the later stage, the park continuously improved the professional service for software enterprises and formed brand output. After more than ten years of operation and practice, Pudong Software Park has become an important innovation agglomeration area of information technology industry in Shanghai. This article analyzes the development process of Pudong Software Park from the perspective of external environment and internal construction, and summarizes its development mode, in order to provide some reference for the development or transformation of other software parks.
